Orders will be processed upon receipt/verification of payment. Please expect orders to arrive within one (1) to four (4) weeks (for Canada and the USA, usually 10 - 12 days). As certain vendors require longer production times, please check on the specific product page to see if your order will take longer to arrive. If you want your order quicker, you can request we use a courier service. You will have to pay the extra costs incurred by using the courier service.

Shipping & Handling (S&H): Encompasses what is costs to package (time, materials, travel), insure, and ship (mail/postage) your purchase - everything required for a prompt and safe delivery - AS WELL AS what it costs to get your product FROM our vendors to OUR OFFICES. Shipping & Handling is NOT just the postage cost you see on your package.

Note: Some items can be shipped with no Shipping & Handling charges to you, our customer. These items will be clearly marked ("FREE SHIPPING"). For those items not marked with "FREE SHIPPING", Shipping & Handling charges will be calculated separately for each destination address.

Note: 'Product Total' is the dollar value after all discounts have been applied and does not include shipping, taxes, or duty.

See the rates listed above. For air shipments to U.S.A. destinations, select 'air' in the 'U.S.A. Shipment' box on our order form. For surface shipments to U.S.A. destinations, select 'surface' in the 'U.S.A. Shipment' box on our order form.

Shipping Internationally - Get a 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote'
For destination countries other than Canada and the U.S.A., shipping costs will vary with destination, size, weight, and method of shipment. Please contact us for a 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' by filling out our 'on-line' order form, in detail, as if you were making a regular order (this is a 'Quote' only - you are not committed to purchase in any way - you will not be giving us any credit card information). Select 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' in the 'Order or Quote' box on our 'on-line' order form. We will get back to you (by e-mail) with the Shipping & Handling costs for the products you are interested in. If you are satisfied with the costs, just get back to us with your credit card information (you don't have to fill out the on-line form again, as an 'Order' - we will just roll your 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' over into an 'Order'). If we don't hear from you in 2 weeks, we will assume that you are not interested in placing the order and nothing further will be done.

Shipping Internationally and to the USA - Customs and Import Duties Information
For destination countries other than Canada, you may be subject to import duties and taxes and brokerage fees, which are levied once your order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you: we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: you should contact your local customs office, in advance, for further information. Additionally, when ordering from CanadianMoose.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Note: Orders of Moose Mugs and Moose Mugs Punch Bowl Antlers, shipped to Canadian addresses (from California, USA, where they are made), will most likely be subject to import duties and taxes and brokerage fees. We apologize for these fees but we have no control over them.

PST (Canadian Provincial Sales Tax)
Please note that for any orders shipped within Canada, any PST (Provincial Sales Tax) due is the responsibility of the customer.

"FREE SHIPPING!"
For orders shipped to destinations in Canada and the USA only, if your order is more than CDN$100.00 (after all discounts have been applied and not including shipping, taxes, or duty), shipping will be FREE! This offer does not apply on our OVER-SIZE products or on our Souvenirs (Novelties / Pins). This offer applies only on regular shipping methods only: offer does not apply on 'rush' shipping, using couriers, or express services. If you need it there quicker than the regular shipping methods allow, there will be extra shipping charges.

"OVER-SIZE" Products - Get a 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote'
Some products are considered 'OVER-SIZE' (by product weight or product dimensions or by how fragile the products are) in relation to shipping maximums allowed. These products will be marked, throughout our galleries, as 'OVER-SIZE'. Based on this 'OVER-SIZE', shipping costs will vary by destination and method of shipment. For a 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' on these 'OVER-SIZE' products, please contact us by filling out our 'on-line' order form, in detail, as if you were making a regular order (this is a quote only - you are not committed to making a purchase in any way - you will not be giving us any credit card information). Select 'Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' in the 'Order/Shipping & Handling Cost Quote' box on the 'on-line' order form. We will get back to you (by e-mail) with the Shipping & Handling costs for the products you are interested in.
If you are satisfied with the costs and wish to place the order, we would then ask you to forward us your credit card information (by telephone or by fax). We will then fill the order as soon as possible.
If you do not feel the Shipping & Handling costs warrant placing the order, just let us know and the quote will be cancelled immediately.

"LETTER-SIZE Shipping" Products
We dislike charging you for shipping as much as you dislike paying for shipping. Luckily, some products are small enough and sturdy enough (like some souvenirs and pins) to be placed in an envelope and mailed (usually at a cost of CDN$7.00 or less for Canada/USA destinations and usually at a cost of CDN$12.00 or less for international destinations). These products will be marked (throughout our galleries) as 'LETTER-SIZE Shipping'. Wherever possible, if we can stay within prescribed envelope limits (while still maintaining protection against breakage of the included products), we are more than happy to pass the savings (for shipping costs) onto you, our customer. Note: Even though some products are small enough to fit in an envelope, if too many of that product are ordered, the total order size may be too large to use an envelope. If that is the case, regular shipping rates will then apply (see top of this page for rates).

Multi-Packing
To reduce shipping costs, we attempt to "multi-pack" all products (when two or more products are ordered at the same time). There are, however, some products that physically do not lend themselves to multi-packing (combinations such as stone carvings and stained glass products).

Partial Orders
As our products are supplied from all over Canada and certain products take longer to produce than others, we may ship your order at separate times and from separate locations. We feel you would rather get a portion of your order as quickly as possible instead of waiting on that portion of your order which is going to take longer to produce. We will ship partial orders at no extra cost to you.
