When paying by credit card, please FOLLOW UP

order with a telephone call to us (click here

How do I submit my Credit Card information?

When can I expect a charge on my credit card?

Dollars (CDN$). We will only process your credit card when we are about to

'custom-built' order (an item that we make especially for you). In this
case, we will process a 'deposit' fee on your credit card, as soon as you place
your order - the remainder will be charged to your card upon shipment of the

will calculate the foreign exchange rate automatically for you (to the currency

We've had some confusion with the meaning of 'Bill To'
address vs. 'Ship To' address. The following
definitions are used within our CanadianMoose.com site and will hopefully
eliminate that confusion:
'Bill To' address (same as 'Purchaser Information')
A 'Bill To' address is the address to where the CanadianMoose.com
'bills' (paperwork: Invoices, etc.) are sent. If no 'Ship
To' address has been specified (or if the 'Ship To'
address has been specified but it is the same as the 'Bill To' address), then
this 'Bill To' address is also where the products will be sent. Note: the
'Bill To' address signifies where you want the CanadianMoose.com paperwork to
be sent to. Note: for security purposes and to reduce fraudulent use of
credit cards, the 'Bill To' address should be the same address as where your
credit card statements are sent (from your credit card company/bank).
'Ship To' address
A 'Ship To' address is only used when the products are to be
sent to one address and the 'bills' are to be sent to a different address (see 'Bill
To' address, above). An example of this is when you send a gift to a
friend - you don't want the friend to see the paperwork, etc., so the products
are sent to 'Ship To' address and the bills are sent (to you) at the 'Bill
To' address. If both the bills and the products are to be sent to the
same address (eg. to you), then please only fill in the 'Bill
To' address fields. If you are having your order sent to a 'Ship To'
address, you should register this 'Ship To' address with your credit card
