Amelia South Condominiums were originally built in 1974.
In 2012, Amelia South E-4 was 'gutted' and then beautifully renovated, including a new kitchen (with granite countertops and new dishware/cookware), new bathrooms (with granite countertops), new carpet/tile throughout, new hot water tank, new mattresses/bedding, new living room end tables/coffee table/TV cabinet, and 3 new HD TVs, with FREE internet and cable!
Highlights since 2012 (we do everything we can to keep E-4 in tip-top condition, for you, our valued guests):
2013: New refrigerator, new blender
2014: New HD TV in second bedroom, new ceiling fan in main bedroom, new chandelier in dining room
