hours of receiving shipment. After 48 hours, we will not provide replacements/refunds for
Moose Mugs or Punch Bowl Antlers that are
damaged. Please retain all original packing materials and boxes provided.
They may be needed for inspection by the shipping company.

MST today, any newly placed orders will arrive after December 25, 2008. Have a

Saturday, 2008/12/20: As of
Friday, December 12, 2008, any new non-USA (Canada / international
countries) orders will not be delivered in time for December 24th, by regular
shipping methods. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
For USA orders, if you would like your order to go with FedEx Express (air),
there is a reasonable '2Day' service. For 2 - 4 mugs, the '2Day' service
would be CDN$77.00 (about US$60.00) extra (rates are higher for
Hawaii or Alaska). With this FedEx Express '2Day' service, if your order
is placed before 9:00am MST (8:00am PST) on Monday, December 22nd, 2008,
you could still have delivery by 7:00pm on Wednesday, December 24th, 2008.
Just specify '2Day Express' (in the 'Comments' field) when you place your order
on-line.
If you would like to purchase through eBay, we currently have a 'Buy
It Now' type auction running, which allows the customer to pay the US$60.00
for the '2Day Express' service, for 2 Moose Mugs. Just click here

any new Canadian/international orders may not be delivered in time for December 24th. We
just can't guarantee any delivery date. Sorry for any

As our Moose Mugs are shipped from San Diego, USA orders
have a few days 'grace' for delivery. If these are ordered by Tuesday,
December 16th, there is a good chance to have these delivered by the 24th.
The western states can order right up to Thursday, December 18th and still
expect delivery by the 24th.
If you would like your order to go with FedEx Express (air), there is a reasonable '2Day' service. For 2 - 4 mugs, the '2Day' service would be

from today (Monday, the 18th) on will probably be delivered after the 25th of December, 2006.

Monday, 2006/01/30: We have now
caught up on our Moose Mug orders. Thanks for your patience! We will
be building up a small stock of Moose Mugs so that any orders made over the next
few months should be able to be shipped within a couple days of ordering.
If ordering for Christmas 2006, please get your order in early.
This summer, we will be trying to get the punch bowl antlers ready.
We have had initial discussions regarding plastic versions of the Moose
Mugs but that is still up in the air. We are also discussing the matching
'wildlife' animal mugs, to complete a set (with the Moose Mugs).

Year! We were overwhelmed with Moose Mug orders before Christmas - our
glassblower continues to fill these 'pre-Christmas' orders. We truly
apologize for the
delay and we thank you for your patience. We are hoping to be caught up by
the end of January/early February.

worth the wait!
Orders for destinations in Canada: we still have a few Moose Mugs in
stock in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They can be shipped out usually the next day so if you

0. Your "Order #" (if we provided one for you). If we did not provide you with
an "Order #", then send us the following information:
1. The date you placed the
order (guess as close as you can if you don't have any record of the date)
2. The name (usually yours)
used to place the order. We build our "Order #s" using
the date and the initials of the person placing the order.
3. How many Moose Mugs you ordered?
By supplying us with this
information, we can find your details more easily and then make sure to cancel
