After 48 hours, we will not provide replacements/refunds for Moose Mugs or Punch Bowl Antlers that are damaged. Please retain all original packing materials and boxes provided. Friday, 2007/12/14: As of today,
any new orders may not be delivered in time for December 24th. Even
though FedEx Ground may have Saturday, December 22nd and Monday, December 24th
deliveries, we can't guarantee any delivery date. Sorry for any
inconvenience this may cause.
As our Moose Mugs are shipped from San Diego, California, the western states
have a few days 'grace' for delivery.
If you would like your order to go with FedEx Express, there is a reasonable '2
Day' service. For 2 - 4 mugs, the '2 Day' service would be CDN$64.00
extra (higher for Hawaii or Alaska).

Thursday, 2007/01/04: Happy New Year! The Christmas season came and went and our wonderful glassblower kept right up with the demand. Thanks for your patience in us getting the billing and paperwork out (still some invoices to be sent!). We will continue to fill orders as we receive them and we are looking forward to the 'off season' to look at new options (shooter glasses, shot glasses, maybe even plastic Moose Mugs). Monday, 2006/12/18: In most cases (unless your USA destination is on the west coast), any orders placed from today (Monday, the 18th) on will probably be delivered after the 25th of December, 2006. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will continue to fill orders as quickly as we receive them, through into January, taking only a couple days off for Christmas and New Year's (where possible). you order by Thursday, December 14th, 2006, in most cases, the Moose Mugs will
be delivered by the 24th of December, 2006.
For USA destinations that are in or closer to California, you may have a couple
extra days to order. Don't wait too long! Sorry, but we cannot
guarantee any delivery date.
Saturday, 2006/12/02: We are well into the Christmas swing now! We have our original glass Moose Mugs in stock and they can be out to your place in only about 8 days. Please don't leave ordering until the last moment as things get very busy in the next couple of weeks. Wednesday, 2006/11/01: The Moose Mugs and Punch Bowl antlers are moving well. USA Thanksgiving is November 23rd (our Canadian Thanksgiving was in October) - order your mugs by November 13th to get them in time. Also, Christmas is just around the corner so order early!!! By the end of June, we will have the punch bowl antlers ready to
go. The prototypes look and work great - we are just working out the final

Monday, 2006/01/30: We have now
caught up on our Moose Mug orders. Thanks for your patience! We will
be building up a small stock of Moose Mugs so that any orders made over the next
few months should be able to be shipped within a couple days of ordering.
If ordering for Christmas 2006, please get your order in early.
This summer, we will be trying to get the punch bowl antlers ready.
We have had initial discussions regarding plastic versions of the Moose
Mugs but that is still up in the air. We are also discussing the matching
'wildlife' animal mugs, to complete a set (with the Moose Mugs).
More on all of this will follow in the next few months. Please keep

Year! We were overwhelmed with Moose Mug orders before Christmas - our
glassblower continues to fill these 'pre-Christmas' orders. We truly
apologize for the
delay and we thank you for your patience. We are hoping to be caught up by
the end of January/early February.
When you receive your mugs, we think you will agree with us that it was well
worth the wait!
Orders for destinations in Canada: we still have a few Moose Mugs in
stock in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They can be shipped out usually the next day so if you
want your Moose Mugs delivered to somewhere in Canada, please get your order in quickly!

0. Your "Order #" (if we provided one for you). If we did not provide you with an "Order #", then send us the following information:
1. The date you placed the order (guess as close as you can if you don't have any record of the date)
2. The name (usually yours) used to place the order. We build our "Order #s" using the date and the initials of the person placing the order.
